When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates that appear on the shipping quotes page may vary from actual time in transit.
Returns & Refund Policy
Returns must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained from us by phone or email.
- Time: You have 30 days from purchase to request a refund.
- Method of Refund: Refund will be applied to the original form of payment.
- Product Condition: Product must be new with original packaging in order to return.
- Refund Contact Info: Contact us in-store, over the phone or by email for a refund.
- Charges: Customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to the return.
+ Sale, clearance, used, and items specifically listed as non refundable along with complete bicycles in most cases may not be returned for a refund.
+ Bicycles and frames which have been opened/built will incur a restocking fee.
Expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
